The Corporate Benefits Underwriting Coordinator will provide master benefit plan pricing our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow the internal and carrier underwriting guidelines to price prospective PEO clientsAdhere to the PEO's turnaround time metricsAssist with monthly post enrollment auditsPerform parity reviews as necessaryProvide ancillary benefit rate tiersMaintain detailed records of reviewed groupsConduct other medical underwriting activities as requiredOther duties and projects as assigned by managerKnowledge, Skills, and/or AbilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service skillsWell organized with the ability to handle several tasks simultaneouslyProficiency with MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelDedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellenceExperience working in a team environmentEducation and/or ExperienceBachelors degree; or0-2 years of related experienceWhat We OfferNFP is proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more.

The base salary range for this position is $41,000 - $69,000.
The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
