iGEAR® Production Associate
iGEAR , a service of National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), offers a large selection of customizable promotional items for marketing, event planning and professional needs.
These include employee gifts, logoed clothing, recognition items, annual meeting gifts or custom imprinted promotional products.
A Product Associate must work closely with other production staff, Inside Sales Associates and other members of the iGEAR sales team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, embroidery product items, artwork approvals, receiving freight and shipping.
The successful candidate for the Production Associate will be motivated to work hard, have positive interactions with internal and external contacts and always do the right thing for our Member/Customers.
Essential Duties:
Setup production orders on an embroidery machine.
Coordinate with sales for artwork approvals and new sew file creation.
Check-in, sort and organize freight from PO's.
Trim backing and thread from garments that have been embroidered.
Quality assurance, including a final check against work orders for accuracy on size and color of finished products.
Packaging orders for shipping according to order forms and spreadsheets.
Continue education of new processes and embroidery materials.
May be called upon to order supplies.
Assist in scheduling.
Other duties as assigned.
