Minimum Qualifications
Must hold or be eligible for a current and valid Educator's Professional License issued by the Education Standards and Practices Board, State of North Dakota. Must be certified in Emotional Disturbance and Learning Disabilities. Must be able to demonstrate classroom management skills and innovative instructional and assessment techniques in teaching students with disabilities. Must be able to manage files of special education students and have familiarity with TIENETS. Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, adeptness at working effectively with at-risk youth and adult students and the ability to function well as a team member. Must be able to provide training of instructional strategies to staff. Must be able to successfully a thorough background investigation.
